All patients are provided an individualized plan of care that ultimately serves as a roadmap to guide every clinician involved. This plan works best if the nurse, patient, and family all meet and establish the plan together. The plan of care is driven by the patient’s physician.
YES! Our company believes it is important that every patient is satisfied throughout their plan of care. Therefore, if at any time one is dissatisfied, we immediately attempt to solve the issue and will send a replacement if needed.
This varies from situation to situation. However, there are several ways people pay for their in-home care costs. Many services are covered by the type of insurance you have such as Medicaid or Medicare. Other services may be covered by worker’s compensation or by the Veteran’s benefits.
