Hope Health of Ohio is a home-health company that is dedicated to meeting the needs of every patient on a personal level. We are committed to gaining trust and are anchored in a commitment to quality care. Our HOPE is to be a team that you can count on.
Hope Health of Ohio is owned and operated by a physical therapist, Kate Chaffins, and a physical therapy assistant, Jeff Music.

A Note From The Owners
Hope Health of Ohio has as special purpose—to bring HOPE to all clients. It is our mission to make all patients feel valued and feel safe in their home. It is our personal goal for each client to have a safe home life with comfort, independence, dignity, and safety. Hope is the one thing that can help us through our darkest times. We want you to stay positive amid hardship. As beautifully written, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” –Jeremiah 29:1. With that said, we truly believe the following:

Hope Health of Ohio was established in Ashland, Ohio by two therapists wanting to bring hope to every patient they met and make a difference in their life. We hope we can do that for you. There is always hope.
Selecting the Best Caregiver for Your Needs
Matching you with the right caregiver is an art, and we have the knowledge, background, and experience to help. This is our profession and we are continually hiring caregivers for our new clients. Perhaps more than in any other way, having an in-home Caregiver is where you “get what you pay for.” Some people call us shopping for the lowest price. We can be the low-cost provider for you, but the quality of Caregiver will match the price.
